From its headquarters in Bur Dubai, ITL Cosmos Group has spread its wings across the nation led by a tremendous sense of optimism. The inception of ITL Cosmos Group in Dubai, is part of a true saga of sheer global entrepreneurship.

When International Traders (East Africa) Limited, a part pf INTRA Group, commenced operations in Dubai in 1953, the goal of the late Mr. M. Udharam, the Founding Chairman of the Group was to further expand the company’s operations globally.

He saw tremendous potential in Dubai.

Over the years, the organization made history in becoming the first company in Dubai to receive a Decree of Incorporation from the then Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and the Ruler of Dubai, the late His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum, in 1958.

The Decree was issued after just five years of the founding of the Company. At this time, Dubai was a part of the Trucial States.

Today, the ITL Cosmos Group is engaged in business areas such as consumer electronics, IT, textiles, manufacturing and banking and stands out as one of the most accomplished and vibrant corporate organizations in the UAE.

The warehouses span an area of 100,000 square feet and stocks a wide range of products that are distributed through an efficient logistics team that regularly maintains an optimum level of stock in order to fulfill the requirements of the extensive network of dealers.
