Dr. Ram Buxani and Veena have three daughters:

• Gauri, now Hanisha Alwani is married to Ajay Alwani and the mother of three sons
  - Nilesh Alwani, Amar Alwani and Hrithik Alwani
  
  
• Chetna, now Chetna Shastri is married to Bunty Shastri, and the mother of two daughters
  - Jhaanvi Shastri and Himakshi Shastri
  
  
• Rekha, now Jivika Mirpuri is married to Romesh Mirpuri and the mother of a daughter.
  Divyana Mirpuri and a son Dhir Mirpuri whom his grandfather, Dr. Buxani, calls Dhirubhai
